  • Roughly chop the herbs so they blend easily.

  • Toast the nuts in a non-stick pan.

  • Blend all the ingredients with an immersion blender or in a food processor.
  • Add the olive oil little by little.

Tips

Flavor:

  • The more nutritional yeast you use, the stronger the hard-cheese-like flavor.
  • Parsley softens the taste a little and goes perfectly with the wild garlic. It's also a good way to stretch the pesto.

Storage:

Fill the pesto into a clean jar and cover it with a thin layer of olive oil. That way it keeps in the fridge for several weeks.
