  • Peel the ginger & garlic clove and chop roughly
  • Chop the cilantro
  • Juice the lime
  • Grind the cardamom in a mortar

  • In a food processor (or with an immersion blender), blend all the ingredients except the olive and flaxseed oils.

My tips:
