- Melt the coconut oil in a pan, then add the coconut sugar.
- As soon as the sugar starts to bubble, add the maple syrup. Take the pan off the heat right away.
- Mix the still-hot sugar mixture with the dry ingredients. As soon as it's cool enough, knead everything together with your hands.
- Spread over two baking sheets and bake at 320 °F / 160 °C (conventional, top and bottom heat) for 25 min.
Tip: You can stir the mixture once after 15 min. This breaks up the clusters and the granola ends up finer. If you like your granola chunkier, leave it alone in the oven.
